My job

Some time ago I generated some useful things which may be interesting for protein mass spectrometry. They are

a description of the program mres2x
including a part of Mascot's format of output files
and a list and description of parameters of a sequest.params file for the programs Sequest and DQST

Currently, I develop control software for mass spectrometers in a factory in Bremen. I live there during the week.
